How much does a headshot cost on the South Shore?
My Essentials Headshot is $290, which includes a 20 minute studio session, one outfit, a private online viewing gallery, and two fully retouched digital files. Add ons like hair and makeup, extra outfits, extra time, and extra files are available at flat transparent prices.
Do I need hair and makeup for my headshot?
You do not need it, but most clients who add it are glad they did. Professional artists know how to enhance your features without making you look like a different person. It is $150 and available right at the studio.
How many images do I get with a branding session?
Between 12 and 45 fully retouched digital images depending on the package: 12 with the Launch Session, 25 with the Signature Session, and 45 with the Legacy Session. You also get access to your full gallery so you can purchase additional images anytime.
How long until I get my images?
Your finished images are delivered within two weeks of your session. Headshot clients select their favorites from an online gallery. Branding clients get a guided viewing and ordering appointment.
Do you photograph outside of Marion?
Yes. Every branding session (Launch, Signature, and Legacy) includes on location shooting at your home, office, or any spot you choose. The number of locations scales with the package: one for Launch, two for Signature, and multiple for Legacy. Headshot sessions are in studio only, but for corporate teams I bring the studio to your office. Travel is included within 25 miles of Marion and $0.72 per mile beyond that.

How The Process Works
You fill out a short questionnaire so I can get to know you and your brand. We go over wardrobe, styling tips, and any inspiration you have. I also send hair and makeup recommendations if you are adding that on.
Pre-Planning Like a Pro
This is the fun part. I direct you from head to toe, guiding every pose and expression so you do not have to worry about what to do with your hands. Most clients tell me they actually enjoyed it.
Shoot Day: Let Us Make Some Magic
Your images are ready within two weeks. Every image in your gallery receives basic retouching first (color, tone, exposure, skin smoothing) so you see yourself looking your best from the moment you open the gallery. Once you choose your favorites, those selected images get detailed retouching: softening fine lines and wrinkles, reducing dark circles and under eye bags, clearing pimples, brightening eyes, and whitening teeth. The goal is polished and camera ready without looking like a stranger. Headshot clients pick their favorites from a private online gallery. Branding clients get a guided viewing appointment where we go through everything together and select the final images for detailed retouching.
